Since then she has worked across all spectrums of the industry from in-house talent teams to job-board and online social recruitment both in Australia and London.
With two young girls and the recent third addition to her tribe, Rachel is determined to show them that you can be an active mother and still build on your career, so when FlexCareers came into her life, she was excited to not only be a strong role-model for her children, but to help shape a strong diverse workforce for Australia's future.
