A data geek at heart, Aisling draws on her 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and analytics to help identify, translate and leverage digital opportunities at FlexCareers. She relies on data to facilitate constant experimentation and early adoption with a key focus on improving the candidate and employer experience. Since completing her MBA, Aisling has engineered a flexible lifestyle for her family, working remotely to grow her multiple businesses and two children.
