Passenger Operator (Part Time)
Summary
We are currently looking for customer service super stars to work on-board Metlink train services in Wellington.
- $competitive rates$ + allowances + RDOs
- Permanent part time role
- Global business growing strongly + training + career progression
- Must be available to commence on 8 March 2021
- Must be available for testing between 20 - 29 January 2021
The role
Transdev Passenger Operators support the business by providing a high standard of service to customers, by ensuring their safety and comfort, while answering enquiries and undertaking ticket and revenue collection functions.
What you bring
- Strong focus on generating customer satisfaction
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to take charge of situations and stay calm under pressure
- A good grasp of health and safety
- Shift work on either a morning or afternoon roster with the ability to start/finish outside of public transport hours
The above role is important to the safety of our passengers and as such requires the successful applicant to continue to meet employment benchmarks.
