Passenger Operator (Part Time)


Summary

We are currently looking for customer service super stars to work on-board Metlink train services in Wellington.

  • $competitive rates$ + allowances + RDOs
  • Permanent part time role
  • Global business growing strongly + training + career progression
  • Must be available to commence on 8 March 2021
  • Must be available for testing between 20 - 29 January 2021

                                                                                                       

The role

Transdev Passenger Operators support the business by providing a high standard of service to customers, by ensuring their safety and comfort, while answering enquiries and undertaking ticket and revenue collection functions.

 

What you bring         

  • Strong focus on generating customer satisfaction
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to take charge of situations and stay calm under pressure
  • A good grasp of health and safety
  • Shift work on either a morning or afternoon roster with the ability to start/finish outside of public transport hours

The above role is important to the safety of our passengers and as such requires the successful applicant to continue to meet employment benchmarks.
