(Working Remotely) Senior Data Analyst - Pricing

What you’ll bring?
Over the past year Contact has built a data platform that is a foundational element in our technology and business strategy, and we are looking to leverage this to evolve our pricing architecture and scale our platform and broader data capability.
As part of an awesome team of passionate people, you will lead the pricing team by unlocking this new world of data to ‘change the game’, create process improvements and recommendations that maximise efficiencies and deliver value for the business. You’ll also have significant data analysis experience, including:
- Commercial Business Analysis: Able to understand desired business outcomes and connect / translate these with data models & processes
- Working with data to deliver value: Able to conduct strong data analysis & data modelling to deliver recommended actions that drive value
- Collaboration: You are curious and are never satisfied with the status quo and are always thinking about how to simplify, automate and enhance value
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate technical solutions to senior stakeholders to address business needs, including relative merits of various technical and process solutions
How you’ll be successful?
You’ll work well in a fast changing complex environment where outside of the box thinking is encouraged. You will happily participate and contribute to a collaborative team culture where continuous improvement, coaching and challenge are valued. You’ll have a keen customer and value focus and be skilled at turning technical-laden jargon into easy to understand, tangible outcomes without sacrificing the detail.
