As our Lead Developer, you will be passionate about producing clean, well-factored and maintainable code. You already have 7+ years of experience, where you have cut your teeth in software development. More importantly you will have a natural inclination to want to grow others. Coaching and mentoring is evident in your previous roles and you have plenty of stories to share that help back this up.
You will have access to the latest and greatest technologies which means you will have plenty of opportunities to flex your expertise. In particular:
- Developing new user-facing features using React.js and React Native
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

- 2-3 years’ experience coaching/ mentoring
- 3-5 years’ experience with React.JS and React Native plus 3-5 years’ experience with Redux, React Hooks, Sagas
