About the Role

Are you ready to take charge? Ventia are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our site operations, overseeing everything from personnel and contractors to materials and schedules across a range of electrifying projects in the Generation, Distribution, and Industrial sectors.

This role isn't just about sitting behind a desk – you must be willing to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on. Picture it: 50% of your time in the field, 50% at the desk, striking the perfect balance between action and strategy.

Dive deep into the action, collaborating closely with your team, our client and managing a diverse portfolio of projects!

About you

  • Qualified Electrical fitter/Electrician in the HV industry is desirable (but not a requirement)
  • HV switchgear and substation maintenance experience is desirable (but not a requirement)
  • Distribution and Transpower experience is desirable (but not a requirement)
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team by example are essential.
