About the Role
As Head Groundsperson, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a top prestigious school, including the gardens, green spaces, and sports grounds. You will be responsible for leading our team on site to deliver the work schedule, whilst being a key point of contact for the Commercial Account Manager and the client representatives.
The role will suit someone who is comfortable leading one or two others in all aspects of general garden maintenance and horticulture and someone who has a strength in turf maintenance and sports ground management.
You will be supported by the larger Ventia commercial team for specialist input, additional manpower, material, and maintenance requirements.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the satisfaction of working in a high-profile environment where excellence in service is not only an outcome but a standard that all of us on the team believe in and deliver with pride.
