The Role
Reporting to the Operations & Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the hands-on and on-site supervision of crew members ensuring work is safely completed within the required timeframe, exceeds client expectations, is  within budget and quality requirements. The Foreman will act as the technical first line support for day-to-day issues that arise out on site. 

About you 
•    Class 2 Drivers Licence + WTR
•    Qualification in Traffic Management 
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in an infrastructure industry (e.g. construction, maintenance, pavement, kerbing or drainage) 
•    Strong ability to interpret, evaluate & analyse roading plans, diagrams & technical sketches
•    Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and support team performance  
•    Committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, with a genuine passion for workplace safety
