We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the monitoring, operation, and maintenance of various electrical equipment, including boilers, transformers, switching systems, HV distribution, and related infrastructure. The role ensures compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and contractual standards.

ABOUT YOU
As the successful candidate, you will ideally have relevant work experience, including qualifications in mechanical or electrical trades (such as a diploma or equivalent), and expertise in High Voltage operations. A strong understanding of Electrical operations, maintenance, and structure is essential. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written English skills and be able to effectively manage their time. A commitment to safety is crucial, including compliance with Ventia’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies, reporting incidents, signing in visitors and subcontractors, and wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed. The candidate should also be willing to be multi-skilled, continuously updating their skills for the role, and possess a valid Class 1 driver's license.
