Your collaborative, inclusive approach to leadership will help you to build a strong, engaged working culture in your management group and across your team of roughly 80 people which includes mechanical, electrical and civil skill-sets. You will support the Alliance’s engagement with Iwi through demonstrating knowledge and understanding of Te Ao Māori and promotion of tikanga and Te Reo Māori.
