Contract Manager - Roads Maintenance

The Role
We have a great opportunity for a Contract Manager, responsible for leading the delivery and all aspects of performance for a key roads maintenance account of the Ventia Transport business in New Zealand. You will be instrumental in developing and deepening the customer relationship and driving the success of the project. An integral part of the Transport National Leadership team and a key contributor to growth strategy, the successful candidate will lead the development of people, team goals, and execution of the project delivery plan. This role has diverse exposure and responsiblities including planning and execution, working with all stakeholders and other leaders, growing revenue, building a key client relationship and ensuring excellence in service delivery.
This position offers future career growth, both within the Transport sector and more broadly across Ventia in New Zealand and Australia, so it will suit an aspirational leader, who is planning to further their career.
