ABOUT THE ROLE
Ventia NZ provides an integrated full FM, outcomes-based service solution to Auckland City Council including open space and hard and soft services under a hybrid self-delivered and sub-contracted partnership model.
Reporting to the Strategic Asset Manager, the Industrial Asset Engineer will act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and maintain the Asset Management Plan.
They will be responsible for performing analytics on building and asset conditions to identify efficiencies in an operational capacity. They will take ownership of the technical maintenance plans or strategies, ensuring they are fit for purpose and compliance with current standard and regulations.
This is a full time-permanent role with a minimum 40 hours of work a week guaranteed. The salary range for this role is NZD 95,000 - 105,000. This role is based in the Auckland Region

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will need to have expert Excel skills, primarily PowerBI. A background in Facilities Management are an advantage and a tertiary qualification in Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is also preferred but not a requirement.
