The Opportunity
This is an incredible opportunity for someone experienced in venue management and events. Ideally, you will have 3-5+ years of experience in a comparable role within the hospitality industry, managing a team of 20+ people. You will have strong capabilities in running a restaurant, nurturing and training teams, rostering, and managing labour. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages would be an added advantage. You will also be an effective communicator with strong organisational skills, and an attention to detail with an eye for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
