The Role
We are seeking an amazing Social Media Coordinator to support our Marketing Manager, based in the heart of our venues in Britomart on a Part Time (approx. 20 hours per week), Fixed-Term Basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain short-term experience in a dynamic organisation. This role is available as a fixed-term position for one month, with the potential to extend depending on any further campaigns.
In this role you will be responsible for
- Capturing high-quality photo and video content for use across social media, website, and marketing materials
- Planning, shooting, and editing short-form and long-form video content
- Managing and organising a library of photo and video assets for easy access
- Scheduling and publishing content across social media channels using relevant tools
- Drafting social captions
- Working closely and collaborating with our Marketing Manager to support campaigns, events, and promotions
- You may be required to work occasional nights and weekends to shoot content during events
What we're looking for
- Ability to shoot and edit photo and video content
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Attention to detail and ability to work to brand guidelines
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Enthusiasm to learn, take feedback, and adapt quickly
- Ideally, you would have your own equipment
- Open to Marketing Students or recent graduates, as well as candidates looking to gain real-world experience
