For each candidate we will discuss the best fit in terms of venue and there are opportunities to move between venues.
 
The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an experienced Baker to join the team! Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a comparable role, be competent in hand molding and traditional techniques and have an understanding of French and Italian bread products. You will also have the flexibility to work weekends and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
  
In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the quality execution of all bakery offerings
  • Day to day operations of appointed bakery section
  • Stock management including, ordering, receipting, storing, rotation and wastage
  • Assisting in the development of junior team members
