The Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reservations Coordinator to join the team! Ideally, you will have experience in call centre or customer service roles. Previous Hospitality experience in a plus! Your multitasking and admin skills need to be advanced, and you have an exceptional attention to detail. You will also have outstanding people skills and phone manners, and strong written and verbal communication skills. You will represent our culture and brand in all your interactions. This role will cover Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Management of customer reservations and booking requests across Savor's many Auckland Central venues
- Managing voucher orders from order confirmation through to courier delivery
- Menu printing, storing and distribution
- Assisting the events team with group bookings
- Providing timely responses to all customer enquiries
- Being professional and assisting in all interactions with our guests via phone and email
