The Opportunity 
We have an opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to step into the role of Chef de Partie! Ideally, you will have 2 years experience in a comparable role, level 4 or equivalent cookery qualification, the ability to work well under pressure, the flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests! 

In this role you will be responsible for: 

  • The operation of your appointed kitchen section
  • Quality execution of all food offerings
  • Contributing to the overall customer experience 
  • Assisting in the execution of stock management including, ordering, receipting, storing, rotation, portion control and wastage 
  • Meeting and exceeding Savor standards of quality and consistency 
  • Adhering to health and safety, food control plan, and company policies
  • Guiding junior staff members 
  • Adhering to tasks as requested by the Head Chef and senior team members
