The menu combines Nikkei-influenced dishes and modern Japanese with an emphasis on the fun and the interesting. Azabu is situated on the beach of Mission Bay with stunning views of Rangitoto Island.
The Opportunity
We are searching for a passionate Head Chef for our Mission Bay venue. Ideally, you will have 2-3 years experience in a high volume venue, experience in managing large and high-performing teams, a fantastic attitude, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will ideally have experience in Japanese, and/or Asian Fusion cuisine.
