The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to step into the role of Chef de Partie! Ideally you will have 2 years experience in a comparable role, level 4 or equivalent cookery qualification, the ability to work well under pressure, the flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests! In addition must have sushi or sashimi experience, fish prep and quality control, Japanese food and product knowledge.
