Bivacco is a place for everyone serving hand-made pasta, seafood and dishes from Italy using the best ingredients along with great drinks that work whether the sun is out or the sun has set. Make your mark in the Auckland hospitality scene at one of the busiest restaurants in the city.
The Opportunity
Bivacco is searching for a passionate Bartender to join our equally passionate team. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience as a bartender in a comparable venue, a love for people and hospitality, good knowledge of wine and experience making cocktails, ability to work nights and weekends, and the desire to be part of a team with the drive to help it succeed!
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Creating exceptional experiences for our guests
- Preparing and serving beverages such as wine, beer and cocktails while demonstrating sound knowledge of our offerings
- Ensuring stock management including, wastage, display and storage
- Upselling through the knowledge of our products, and creating an engaged and authentic rapport with guests
