Savor Group is excited to announce that we’re opening a new venue! One where the service is casual in style but executed in purpose. Whether a guest is enjoying our high-tech entertainment, dining, or just grabbing a drink, we’re looking for people who are attentive, knowledgeable, and proactive – always offering solutions. We’re creating a space that’s high-energy, welcoming, and memorable.
The Role
We are searching for an experienced and upbeat Bar Manager to lead the team of our newest venue! Here are some of the things we’re looking for:
- Passionate about beverages, with sound wine, cocktail and spirit knowledge, as well as costing and financial acumen
- Excellent sales skills, with a passion for delivering high levels of customer service and the ability to teach and nurture a team to be able to curate exceptional customer service experiences
- Tech-savvy. We have some amazing tech being installed, so being able to navigate and troubleshoot is a must
- A passion for sport is a plus!
You’ll also be responsible for beverage costing and stock management, and complying with Savor guidelines and policies, including health & safety and the sale of alcohol act.
