About the Role
Join Aon as a Senior Client Adviser, where you will provide expert personal risk advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients in the Invercargill/Gore and wider Southland region. This role requires an elevated level of professionalism and integrity, as you manage day-to-day client service processes and actively expand the client base to meet sales targets. You will be instrumental in developing strategies to grow your assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with Aon's business objectives. We welcome candidates who are either located in Invercargill or in the surrounding areas.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Aon clients, demonstrating care, diligence, and skill in all interactions.
- Achieving the Aon Life branch budget and operating in compliance with the Aon Life Code of Best Practice manual.
- Maintaining up-to-date client records using Xplan and manual files and conducting annual reviews for all Aon clients.
- Actively prospecting and expanding the client base within the Southland region, developing strategies to grow the assigned portfolio and territory.

Managing day-to-day client service processes, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- L5 qualification in Life & Health is essential.
- Strong sales experience with a proven background in building client relationships.
- Demonstrated capacity for working in a similar role within the insurance/financial services industry.
- Autonomy and confidence in managing your own portfolio, with experience in growing new business being advantageous.
- Corporate written and verbal communication skills.
