Quality Assurance Analyst

The Opportunity 
 

Aon seeks a highly analytical Quality Assurance Analyst with a strategic mindset. This role can be based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch and will play a critical role in identifying and resolving complex issues impacting our insurance products. This role requires a unique blend of meticulous attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.  

Experience in the insurance or financial services, along with a risk management background, would be highly advantageous. 

Responsibilities: 
 

  • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews and root cause analysis. 
  • Develop and implement solutions to mitigate identified risks. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes efficiency and adherence to compliance. 
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and risk mitigation. 
     

Experience required: 
 

  • Proven experience in QA/assurance, preferably within financial services or insurance. 
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to identify and interpret trends and patterns. 
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint preferred).
