Digital Marketing Manager


What You'll Do | Mō te Tūranga

As the Digital Marketing Manager at the AA, you'll be a hands-on leader, guiding our digital marketing efforts and helping to shape the future of the AA's digital presence. Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day:

  • Lead AA's digital marketing strategy (incl. automation & media buying)
  • Oversee integrated multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social, etc.)
  • Lead & develop your high-performing digital marketing team
  • Analyze data & optimize marketing strategies with our data experts
  • Build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of the curve with innovative digital marketing for the AA

About You | Mōu

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing and/or media planning (agency-side experience ideal but not a must)
  • 2+ years managing & developing a high-performing team
  • Experience crafting & executing integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Data analysis skills to optimize marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Relationship builder (internal & external stakeholders)
  • Tertiary qualification a plus, but experience is key!
