Change Implementation Specialist


What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

Come and join our Experience Operations team based in our Auckland head office. We are looking for a well-seasoned project and change specialist to effectively coordinate, plan, roll out and deliver successful initiatives and divisional projects.

Working across our AA centres and contact centre you will ensure that our tools, communications, systems and procedures are fit for purpose. You will work with our front-line staff to ensure they are supported through any product changes and process improvements by delivering training and process maps so they can deliver exceptional customer experiences to our valued members. This isn't an IT focused role as such, however you will be working closely with our IT stakeholders on solutions to help guide staff through any system changes implemented into the network.

About You | Mōu

You will have strong operational experience having worked in a similar environment and gained solid knowledge in delivering change and project management initiatives. Alongside a collaborative nature and excellent relationship management skills, you'll bring a sense of personal ownership and responsibility.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and can cope effectively with change
  • A drive for results with the ability to exceed goals consistently and successfully
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting expectations
  • Can provide positive and corrective feedback to others and confident in taking negative action when necessary
  • Knowledgeable in current and future work policies, practices, trends, technology and information
