About the Role
As a Technical Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to:
- Design and develop the requirements gathering framework, and subsequently to lead and champion the requirements gathering process to deliver structured data for the purposes of resolving customer issues, and communicating that to the customers
- Work with project stakeholders and Developers to analyse and synthesise information, understand the organisational context and complete business analysis activities, and ultimately elicit, document and manage the requirements throughout the project or program end to end, and other analysis activities such as testing, process mapping and change transition
- Play a key role in translating business requirements into technical requirement by interfacing between business stakeholders and Developers
- Demonstrate customer centricity and the ANZ values, fostering collaboration across teams and business units
Role Location: Preferably Wellington or Auckland

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will bring the following:
- Extensive business analysis experience and/or related technical experience
- Demonstrated ability, confidence and drive to quickly learn new technologies, software and programming languages
- Experience in working with and manipulating data (with SAS experience preferred)
- Detailed knowledge of business analysis tasks, experience in elicitation techniques and competent in requirements gathering skills
- Solid understanding of data development lifecycles, disciplines and procedures
- Some domain knowledge of data sourcing would be an advantage
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working on mid to large sized projects
- Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a medium complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represents consolidated findings
- Proven track record of challenging existing processes and procedures and providing constructive support on how to improve
- Experience in Agile/ Scrum methodologies is advantageous
