Nikki Hobin

Respected for her integrity, creativity, energy, and solutions driven approach, Nikki is passionate about coaching, helping people to flourish, love their careers and generate ongoing success.

Working with middle management through to C-Suite Executives, Nikki has over 16 years' experience working as an Executive Coach. She has worked with Executives from a broad range of industry sectors, roles and cultures, including professional services and banking, retail, telco, manufacturing, infrastructure, and media to name a few.

Passionate about the wellbeing of our workforce and helping people love what they do, Nikki – as well as coaching - also designs and leads corporate coaching, transition coaching and returning to work coaching programs that focus on helping people manage their wellbeing and plan their future career when in transition.

Nikki will leverage different coaching formats and tools depending on what is appropriate for her clients, their desired outcome and environment. Helping others to Flourish and unlock their potential, Nikki has worked with Executives on developing their communications, resilience, emotional intelligence, ability to lead and manage others, career transitions, their presence, personal branding, stakeholder management, board relations and building confidence.
