Life, Trauma and Income Insurance

For permanent employees working a minimum of 15 hours per week we provide Life, Trauma and Income Insurance. You don’t need to do anything to receive this cover – it is automatic.

Health Insurance

Hospital care health insurance is available to all permanent employees working full-time. We offer this to ensure that if you suffer a major health event requiring hospital care that you are able to have that care without financial hardship.

Investments

Employee investments / term deposits, and those of their immediate family, invested or renewed with Heartland Bank receive an enhanced interest rate.

Loans

Personal loans at discounted interest rates are available to all permanent staff who have been with us for at least six months.

Vehicles

Many of our field-based roles come with “tool of trade” cars – and all staff have access to ex-lease vehicles for purchase at the sort of wholesale rates that are usually only available to motor vehicle dealers.
