Employee Experience Consultant
At AMP we genuinely care for the wellbeing of our people, and as a member of our Employee Experience team, Nikki is involved in shaping and delivering our employee wellness programme to support our employees through life’s ups and downs.
“Wellbeing to us is about more than just money, which is why we provide a range of tools, guidance and support to look after the physical and mental health of our people, while providing market-leading employee benefits to support their financial wellbeing”, says Nikki.
Nikki is also a member of our Diversity & Inclusion Committee who work closely with our executive team to continue to build our inclusive workplace and to do more to support our diversity and inclusiveness aspirations.
“Despite a very challenging year for all Kiwis, we're incredibly proud of how we continued to recognise and celebrate diversity in our workplace in 2020.
“Our recognition of Te Wiki o te Reo Maori – Maori Language Week, particularly resonated with me. We connected with a fantastic guest speaker who delivered an engaging lesson on the correct pronunciation when using Maori language. It definitely helped me to feel more confident and has encouraged me to use te reo on a daily basis”, says Nikki.
