Natalie is the Chief Executive Officer and responsible for leading AIA New Zealand. Natalie brings a wealth of experience leading teams across all areas of the insurance business including Operations, Distribution and Corporate Solutions. Natalie has a strong track record of transforming teams into strong contributors of business growth, through positive customer experience, industry leading pricing, product and service.
Natalie has a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in English, with minors in management and politics) and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University in Australia. Natalie was admitted as a solicitor in 2001 and her particular areas of legal specialty include regulation of the insurance industry, contract negotiation and litigation.
