I needed to change hours to get good childcare. Leeanne, my Team Manager was really nice and found a perfect balance for me. She organised shift swops with another team member of mine, which has been really great. 

I am very thankful that people here are really willing to help; I’ve gone through some tough times, and have always had support from my team.
